What is the Employee Benchmark SurveyTM?
For over 10 years, we have been measuring employee engagement and satisfaction levels in Caribbean organizations and benchmarking them to help them improve their management and organizational practices and, ultimately, their performance in the marketplace.
This is our seventh biennial Employee Benchmark SurveyTM of the Caribbean workforce. As with our other surveys, EBS2012TM will assess the level of engagement and satisfaction of your workforce and benchmark it against other organizations in the Region. EBS2012TM will also identify Caribbean norms and best practices in employee engagement and satisfaction to help you “win in the workplace."

What EBS2012TM will do for your organization
EBS2012TM will:
- Give you specific feedback on issues affecting your employees’ engagement and satisfaction levels, their performance and their productivity.
- Help you identify your organization’s strengths and weaknesses and make recommendations for you to build on your strengths and turn your weaknesses into opportunities.
- Give you valuable input for your talent management, performance management, communication and general management strategies, practices and programmes;
- Identify Caribbean Norms, Benchmarks and best practices in employee satisfaction and engagement that you can learn from;

What we do for you
Quality Consultants will:
- make pre-survey orientation presentations to your company, if required;
- work with you to customize our EBS questionnaire to include your demographics and organization-specific questions, if required;
- administer the survey online or on site in paper, ensuring confidentiality and anonymity;
- analyze the survey data;
- conduct follow-up employee focus groups to drill down into the survey data and get behind your employees’ responses, if required;
- give you an individual Report of your company’s results, with recommendations for improvement;
- benchmark your company’s results against the other participating companies at the end of the Survey.
- help roll out the results to your employees, if required.
Survey Reports
You receive two Survey Reports:
- A reader-friendly, customized softcopy Company Report with your Survey Results, including:
- Your company’s strengths and weaknesses, using our proprietary Four-Color Coding SystemTM for easy identification;
- Your People Satisfaction IndexTM, an overall index of employee engagement and satisfaction for benchmarking and trending purposes;
- Your demographic results, if any;
- Recommendations for improvement based on regional and international best practices.
- A PowerPoint presentation of your organization’s results for rolling out to employees.
- A Benchmark Report of the overall results of the Survey, with Survey Norms & Benchmarks and your results benchmarked against the other participating organizations, coded to maintain your company’s anonymity.
The cost of EBS2012TM
The Survey is conducted in both web-based and paper-based formats:
- Web-Based Survey:
- Survey Management Fee: US$1,800.00
- Basic Questionnaire Processing Fee: US$10.00 per employee
- Demographics/Additional Items: US$0.50 per item/per employee
- Open-ended Questions: US$0.75 per question/per employee.
- Paper-Based Survey:
- Survey Management Fee: US$2,200.00
- Basic Questionnaire Processing Fee: US$12.00 per employee
- Demographics/Additional Items: US$0.75 per item/per employee
- Open-ended Questions: US$1.00 per question/per employee.
- Combined Web-Based & Paper-Based Survey:
- Survey Management Fee: US$3,000.00
