"To win in the marketplace, you first have to win in the workplace."
Do you know what your employees are thinking? About your organization? Their co-workers? their supervisors? Their managers? Do you know what makes them tick? What drives them and what doesn’t? What are their “hot button” issues? Do they have ideas and solutions for some of your organization’s challenges?
What your employees think about your organization affects how they behave and perform in it. And how they behave and perform affects your organization’s success. Successful organizations understand that their people are their most powerful source of competitive advantage. They also understand that they need to know what their people are thinking at all times.
Our organizational assessment and diagnostic process can help you find out what your employees are thinking, and what impact it is having on their performance and your organization’s success. We design, develop and administer workplace surveys; slice and dice the results; and give you best practice solutions to improve your employees’ engagement and satisfaction levels and link them to your organization’s business outcomes.

OUR SURVEY PROCESS
We will work with you to design and develop a survey that meets your objectives; hold pre-survey orientation sessions for your management and staff; conduct the survey online or on paper, ensuring employee confidentiality and anonymity; analyze the survey data; and deliver a comprehensive report of the results with recommendations from our bank of international best practices.
We will also benchmark your results against our survey database, and conduct focus group sessions with your management and staff to drill down into the survey results to obtain qualitative data.
WHAT YOU GET
A user-friendly report of your survey results, with your organization’s strengths and weaknesses colour-coded for easy identification, using our proprietary Four-Colour Coding System©; your survey index score for trending and benchmarking; your results sliced and diced as required; best practice recommendations for improvement; and a PowerPoint presentation of the results for rolling out to management and staff.
